In fact, he enabled his own home for voice-responsive control, and he's named the interface Abu. "I can walk into my house and simply tell Abu that I am home, then my preferred lights turn on and the temperature adjusts, depending on time of day," he says. If Eric could just figure out a way to get Abu to wash the dishes, he'd really have it made.
