The Carbon Trust
Gabrielle is a senior analyst and delivery coordinator at the Carbon Trust for the Transforming Energy Access platform. Gabrielle leads the secretariate for the Mini-Grid Funders Group, supporting actors like the World Bank, AFDB and FCDO in coordinating the development of Mini-Grids through strategy alignment on financing mechanisms. Supporting on a variety of mini-grid centred energy access projects including the Mini-Grid Partnerships project and the Mainstreaming Mini-Grid Tarif Settlement Tools and Methodologies across African Regulators project, Gabrielle has developed an interest in stakeholder engagement within the sector. Gabrielle studied at the University of Washington's Jackson School of International Studies and is a Carnegie Scholar for her development of policy recommendations for the Canadian government on arctic waste management. She has a deep passion for supporting the SDG7 goal of universal sustainable energy access.
