Lily is a Senior Manager at the Carbon Trust who designs and implements climate-tech accelerators. She has three key roles. Firstly, as an Innovation Manager providing commercialisation support to companies on the Net Zero Innovation Portfolio, which aims to decrease the costs of decarbonisation across the UK. Secondly, as the technology accelerator portfolio lead on the Transforming Energy Access platform, a research and innovation platform supporting the technologies, business models and skills needed to enable an inclusive clean energy transition. Finally, as the project manager of the Zero Emission Generators programme, which aims to advance renewable energy-based alternatives in countries that currently depend on fossil-fueled generators. Her background is in off-grid utilities and software as a service. She helped scale BBOXX into 10 new markets and took part in the YCombinator programme with B2B software start-up, Index.
